Overview:
“How to Build, Lead and Maintain Success Through More Effective Teamwork!”

How well does your team collaborate? Is your group as effective as it could be or do you spend much of your valuable time helping team members work cohesively when executing projects?

If your team needs help in working together better, this highly interactive and fun seminar is for you! This workshop contains practical information and experiential exercises to help you learn how to:

1. Measure the effectiveness of your team in terms of productivity and positivity
2. Create stronger relationships among team members to produce greater results and how to use their strengths and diversity to enhance success
3. More effectively communicate with project team members and other stakeholders
4. Create an easy-to-implement action plan for your team to achieve optimal results that you can implement immediately

Project management has become an environment filled with constant pressures requiring results with limited resources. This means members of your teams must function at full capacity to achieve consistent, sustainable results.

By the end of this session, you will be re-energized to more effectively invigorate and lead your teams when you return to your organization after the workshop -- and will have developed a plan to do so!

** As a PMI SVC special, all attendees of this workshop will receive a copy of Cheryl Mann’s self study audio and workbook program “Powerful Goal Setting: Six Steps to Meaningful Business and Personal Achievement” to help reinforce and continue the learning of setting powerful goals for your team achievements.
